The reason I pursue a career in physical therapy is because from my own life experiences I know injuries can be devastating to one’s quality of life as well as their outlook on it. People deserve to be able to pursue what makes them happy and I love celebrating our achievements often going further than what they thought possible.
I enjoy the opportunity to work with highly skilled physical therapists that share the same mind set and goal of restoration of body to pursue greater quality of life. Through the use of techniques such as exercises and hands on therapy (manual) to help reduce pain and increase natural mobility and function to mend the injuries and help prevent future ones. Since joining the Franklin Rehabilitation team I have been part of the recovery of many post-operative joint replacements, sports injuries and neurological conditions.
