I started PT at this facility last year for my knee but my PT therapist Jackson and I quickly determined a TKR was my best option because my knee was beyond repair  We resumed two weeks after my surgery 2-11-2026 I was not able to stretch my leg without severe pain and resistance Jackson worked with me consistently and we managed today to get my leg totally straight today 4-3-2026 and I’m 7 weeks post op He is the absolute best and I appreciate him for caring and patiently working with me He is the best we still have a long ways to go but every week I’m progressing Kailee is awesome as well she stays on top Of scheduling my appointments and rescheduling if needed  Thanks Excel

I entered physical therapy because of Achilles tendinitis.  Initially, I could barely stand the pain when Jackson began therapy.  By the time I was done a few weeks later, I was so impressed by the improvement that had been made.  I can actually walk without pain and do my exercises with minimal stress to the Achilles and even that stress dissipates after completion of therapy at the facility or home. The staff are friendly, accommodating to your schedule, careful to explain the why of anything they have you do, and set realistic goals to attain.  It is like being with family. It is a pleasure to leave a review for Excel Rehab and especially Jackson Killian. When I first starting seeing Jackson, I had significant pain issues related to my back that made it very difficult for me to walk or stand for any length of time. Sitting and laying down were also very uncomfortable and I was getting worn down from the pain and lack of sleep. I fell more times than I want to admit. After seeing my primary care doctor, a pain management doctor and a neurosurgeon, I decided to give PT my full consideration. So glad I did. I cannot say enough about Jackson. His professionalism and caring was very impressive. But moreover, he was always able to find the right approach. If I couldn’t tolerate one exercise, he was always able to find another that I could tolerate and achieve the same purpose. He sent me home with illustrations of exercises to do at home that were very reasonable and that I could manage. I’m happy to say that at this time I am mostly pain free and much more functional. I’m able to work in my garden and go for walks, which was unthinkable before. I’m so grateful to Jackson and Excel Rehab and have already been recommending them to friends.

Jackson is an awesome physical therapist, and has done an amazing job with my 91 year old Dad, who fell and broke his femur. My Dad is now using his walker and also his cane. Jackson takes a genuine interest in him, encouraging him to push a little more (within his ability), shares positive feedback with him, along with assigned home exercises, all of which are major factors in the healing process for my Dad, physically as well as mentally.

Beautiful new facility, well located not far from Haywood Mall. Jackson Killian is a fantastic physical therapist who I followed from the Clemson Excel facility to Greenville when he moved there as Clinical Director. Have worked with him off and on since 2021 and he is the best at personalizing treatment plans, assessing progress at each visit, and providing 'homework' exercises for between visits. I was traveling for work and needed a last minute treatment, Jackson Killian was more than willing to accommodate and help even in his full schedule. Not only were they flexible with scheduling but Jackson was able to really help me manage my discomfort so I could go on doing my work while on tour in Clemson! I highly recommend Excel Rehab because of the quality of care from the staff and the flexibility of making appointments. I was always greeted with a smile!  Jackson was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He was able to assess my foot injury and design a treatment plan to help with my level of pain and discomfort.
